‘Clos d’ambonnay Krug is the champagne of a Dream. I have seen him from far but never been able to discuss with him. I feel like we would have so much to share because he is very particular. Being in such prestigious Clos makes him so special especially when you know that he is a Pinot Noir. I had received different other guests from the same family and they were all at a very high level. So thinking about this guess just makes me dream about what I could expect… ‘
What piece of music would you listen to drinking wine in question 5 ?
This is interesting since Krug actually develops a lot of the power of music with champagne. I would say for this particular guest I would go with Ludovico Einaudi “Una Mattina”
