Which Champagne would You treat your parents or in-laws?
‘R.H. Coutier ’Grand Cru Brut’ Rosé. It always brings a smile to those who enjoy it — and, for Champagne, it’s a steal.’

‘Krug ’Grande Cuvée’. There isn’t a more consistently delicious wine in the world!’

‘Jacques Selosse ’Substance’. It’s always captivating and compelling. It’s probably my desert Island wine.’
Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?
‘I’d invite Bruce Springsteen over for Dosnon’s ’Revolte Noire Brut Nature’. Davy Dosnon has an extraordinary, up-from-the-bootstraps story that’s straight out of a Springsteen song.’
