A dream guest would be to share a bottle of pink bubbles with the founder of ’pink champagne’. Barbe-Nicole Clicquot, born Ponsardin, also namned ’La Grande Dame de Champagne’. Why, I would love to pick her brain of all her ideas making Champagne what it is today.
