‘Henriot Brut Souverain, by magnum so it’s enough for everybody .’
Which Champagne would You treat your lover?
‘Amour de Deutz, romantic right?’ 😉
Which Champagne would You treat your boss?
‘Egly-Ouriet Grand Cru Millisimé 2009, for all the hard work!‘
Which Champagne would You treat yourself?
‘Fleur de Passion from Diebolt-Vallois. I love the style of Diebolt-Vallois and it’s in the list of 100 Champagnes you should drink before you die in ’Magnum Opus’ by Richard Juhlin.’
Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?
‘R.D.’ from Bollinger 2008. I know it’s impossible but I would love to drink it with the woman that created it. Lily Bollinger! We would listen to a 80s playlist, just feel good music and having a great time! ‘
