My name is Johan Nilsson and I live in Gothenburg, Sweden. Over the past 6 years I have interested me in Champagne and with the help of my Instagram account I share my bottles I enjoy and a place where I experience it extra exotic is in Menton – Côte d’Azur.

Which Champagne would You treat your parents or in-laws?
‘My mother doesn’t drink champagne but I know what to invite her when I meet her next time. Must make her understand that this thing about champagne is so much more than a sparkling wine.‘
Which Champagne would You treat your lover?
‘At Home, Bollinger Special Cuvée is a favorite but I think the finest she knows is La Grande Année 2007 Rosé.’
Which Champagne would You treat your boss?
‘Then I would like to invite my top boss Jim Rowan to a nice champagne from Charles Heidsieck. It would have been nice to give him a lesson about champagne.’
Which Champagne would You treat yourself?
‘I have several favorites from different wine houses so the question is not very easy to answer but still think it had become a Salon or a nice vintage at a Bollinger Récemment Dégorgé.‘
Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?
‘I want to meet Quentin Tarantino and talk Movies and that is also a great interest in me and enjoy some bottles of Bollinger. In his movies, there’s an odd song so why not “Girl, You’ll Be A Woman Soon” or I’d put on some album with Pink Floyd, which is my favorite band.’
