Which Champagne would You treat your parents or in-laws?
’I would treat my parents to Cuvée Pol Roger Sir Winston Churchill 2002. We discovered this champagne in an unconventional way (through one of our favorite TV shows – Breaking Bad) and it has been their favorite champagne ever since. My future-in-laws I would treat them with Champagne Billecart-Salmon (one of their three prestige cuvées) or Champagne Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle.’
Which Champagne would You treat your lover?
’I would treat my future lover to Krug Grand Cuvée.’
Which Champagne would You treat your boss?
’I think a great champagne for a boss is an Henriot vintage such as the 2008. I am hoping to become my own boss and when I do I will celebrate with Louis Roederer Cristal and Duval-Leroy Femme de Champagne.’
Which Champagne would You treat yourself?
’This is such a tough question as there are so many on my dream list! I would treat myself to the P3 1983 Dom Perignon as this sounds like it would be a mind-blowing birth year champagne. Another birth year champagne that I would love to try is Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millénaires.’
Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?
’I would treat my dream guest to Taittinger Comtes de Champagne as I remember having a “WOW” moment when I first tried it and would love to share that with a dream guest. I would love to share an older vintage with them. The music I would pair this experience with is Frank Sinatra’s Greatest Hits.‘
