From Corsica, I used to be a physiotherapist. Being a sommelière now is much more fun. I started at N5 Wine Bar in Toulouse. After a interlude at Bàcaro my next step should bring me to Chile. Sometimes I write tasting notes on my arm to share the bottles I loved.
I just love the idea that she ‘writes’ the tasting notes on her arms – like a tattoo when she posts them on her Instragram-feed. Clever & stylistically cool!
Which Champagne would You treat your parents or in-laws?
‘Les Rachais by Francis Boulard & fille sounds perfect to share with my Dad’.
Which Champagne would You treat your lover?
‘We met on a 9th, let us celebrate with Jacques Lassaigne’s 9 !’

‘Anne & Thomas Cabrol are not my bosses anymore but I would still like to share with them another incredibly chalky MBDA by Suenen.’
Which Champagne would You treat yourself?
‘Oh no, only one? Ulysse Collin’s Les Roises is whispering to me today, who knows what tomorrow will bring!’
Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?
‘An explosive, absolute woman, she signed her vibrant paintings with the name Taïga, I used to call her Dady even though she was my grandmother. Upon opening a bottle of Bollinger’s RD 2002 to the sound of Cardi B “I Like It”, she would not hesitate to spray a few drops on me for good luck.‘
