Every Friday TheChampagneSommelier will ask 5 questions about 5 coeur de bouteilles to friends and Champagne lovers from near and far. This week we had a bubbly chat with our Champagne friend down-under Nesh Simic.
BIO
Nesh Simic is an importer & distributor of grower champagnes in Australia with his company Organic Champagne. Nesh Simic had more to do with aged plum brandy in his native country then champagne. Moving to London helped to open new taste buds that somehow are not closing.
Being in the Organic industry for over 20 years was a major factor in searching for winemakers that looked into the health and environmental issues while making first class champagnes.
