Currently despite being a lawyer, the passion runs through my veins to get a good bottle to the market and undertake, that’s why I became a master in sommelier and wine taster, because I like to know what I do and how I do it, not that they did it for me.
I am a fan of Richard Juhlin and I fell in love with his sparkling wine since I tried it when buying it in a gourmet store in the Canary Islands, and since then it is not missing in my bottle rack at home as a great option for my guests.
