Mrs. VANIA VALENTINI is an AIMA Master Sommelier, an official AIS Wine Taster, a coauthor of the “Grandi Champagne” Guide and editor of the website : www.lamiachampagne.com. She has been an ALMA teacher ( International Academy of Italian Cuisine ) in Parma, she lectures on the Champagne region at the UNISG International University of Gastronomic Sciences and at the MACH FOUNDATION in Trento. She also writes articles about sparkling wine on the magazine ” Passione Gourmet ” besides holding numerous seminars all over Italy dedicated to the Champagne region and Sparkling Wines.
Mrs. VANIA VALENTINI has been a Dame Chevalier de l’ordre des Coteaux de Champagne since September 2018.
