So the end of the year is where. We opened up a bottle of the old time favorite MUMM ‘MUMM de CRAMANT’ as an apéritif for lunch.
MUMM de CRAMANT is a rare, precious cuvée made in the purest Champagne tradition since 1882. Its low pressure gives a delicate effervescence. A Blanc de Blanc champagne made solely from Chardonnay grapes from the village of Cramant, classified 100% Grand Cru. A cru which reveals all the diversity and richness of the Cramant terroir.

TASTING NOTE ‘Previously Crémant de Cramant. Considered to be a connoisseur wine for people with sensitivity to the small print. A watery white colour, faint floral aroma, a slightly fragile and short, but very refreshing, spring-like flavour. A wine that has recently become better and that is fantastic in the magnum.
