Health experts and spiritual gurus have been spending time in the Himalayan mountains for thousands of years. The energy, the clean air and the pure water is fantastic for the body and soul. Leaders from all over the world are coming here to meet the buddhist monks and the local Sherpas.
Now you and your partner/friend will have the unique opportunity to experience the Himalayas like never before. During your stay of ten days you will be spending time in Himalayan salt rooms, discussing life with monks and hiking in the beautiful mountains of Nepal. You will meet the Kung Fu nuns – a group of 400 nuns living in isolation in the Nepalese mountains, studying martial arts, philosophy and meditation.
You will spend the nights in 5 star hotels and dine in beautiful local restaurants. After a few days of adventures, spa and health retreat, a helicopter will fly you up to 7000 meters through the icefall of Mount Everest to see the top of planet Earth. Together with world known explorer Johan Ernst Nilson as your guide, you will experience a Himalaya that few has had the opportunity to see.
