After the lunch at de Venoge we took a short rejuvenating stroll down the stylish Avenue de Champagne from no36 to no20 and said hello to an old friend …
We started out with a great tasting were Chef des Caves Benoit Gouez showed a plethora of what happens when ‘Grand Vintage’ with extra age in the cellar. These wines are labeled under Moët & Chandon ’Grand Vintage Collection’. All of them were served by the magnum which also adds an extra depth to the wine.
