‘I am a resilient person who enjoys life every day and knows where she is coming from. I have the opportunity to travel a lot and see how lucky we are in France. The entire world wants to live the french way of life. Our country is beautiful and is the birthplace of gastronomy. How could I live without the pleasure of eating and drinking ? Each meal is a gift from mother nature and it is important to remember that when you produce Champagne.’
