To get You inspired, here are some questions that I always ask myself, choosing what to serve with my champagne of choice;
- Start out with analyzing Your champagne & its qualities. Do You want to make a harmony or a contrast with the combo?
- How will the complexity of the champagne meet the food?
- What produce is in season at the moment?
- Any favorite produce that You have access to when cooking this specific dish?
- How will the method of cooking affect the combo?
- How is the intensity of the dish?
- Is it a single serving or a part of a larger menu?
