The Chardonnay grapes for Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs MV come from six selected cru, the majority of which are from the Côte des Blancs (Vertus, Oger), and are complemented by grapes from Villers-Marmery, Montgueux, Trépail and Vaudemange.
75% of the wine comes from the last harvest and 25% is reserve wine of which 8% is vinified in oak barrels. The champagne has rested on its yeast precipitate for at least four years before disgorging and then a dosage of 10 g / l is added.
