After traveling the world lecturing on Champagne for 35 years, Richard Juhlin has compiled the essence of his second great hobby, star restaurants and luxury hotels. The interest has arisen organically as the lectures are often combined with great restaurant experiences, not too often in connection with luxury hotels.
