Moët & Chandon is honoured to announce the renewal of its Royal Warrant, under His Majesty, King Charles III, as purveyors of Champagne. This prestigious recognition underscores the House’s unwavering commitment to excellence and its esteemed position as a purveyor of exceptional champagne.

Moët & Chandon’s association with the British Royal Family spans over a century, originating in 1893 when Queen Victoria first bestowed the Royal Warrant upon the House. The 20th century saw this tradition continue with the creation of special coronation cuvées for Edward VII (1902) and Elizabeth II (1953), and a special edition bottle for Charles III (2023), each a unique tribute to these historic occasions. The coat of arms of the British Monarch made its first appearance on a bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne in 1935 with the inscription “By Appointment to H.M. King George V”” and still on the necktie until today, with the different succession of Royal Warrants for King George VI (1937) and Queen Elizabeth II (1953).
