Fleur de Miraval
Perrin – Pitt – Peters
★★★
Brad Pitt’s new baby. The idea for Fleur de Miraval was born at a meeting between two families who had already united the wine world with art and put Miraval in Provence on the map; and a third family, deeply rooted in the heart of Champagne for six generations. Together, the three families decided to create a Champagne House dedicated exclusively to rosé champagne: Fleur de Miraval.
The three families, Perrin from Château de Beaucastel, Pitt and Peters are passionate about a champagne style that requires time and patience:
“We wanted to focus on a champagne with the complexity you get in a fully mature chardonnay with its notes of brioche and butter; while at the same time being lifted by a young Pinot Noir that adds excitement, liveliness and freshness as well as a lovely color, intense and elegant at the same time ”.
With Brad Pitt’s good name, it’s clear that you can tighten the bow and the price no matter how high and if you aim at the stars you reach high. The champagne is very good with great individuality and high tail guidance.
