Following the acquisition of Champagne Henriot by Terroirs & Vignerons de Champagne (TEVC) on September 29, 2023, Véronique Blin, the chair of the board of directors of TEVC, announced the appointment of Christophe Juarez as the general manager of Champagne Henriot.

He will continue to fulfill his role as the General Manager of TEVC and Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, a position he has held since May 2017.
In his efforts to enhance the management of this subsidiary, Christophe Juarez established a dedicated Executive Committee for Champagne Henriot. Alice Tétienne joins him as the deputy general director, overseeing the cellars and the vineyard of Maison Henriot. She will retain her responsibilities related to production and wine purchases. Additionally, Alice Tétienne will continue to serve as the guardian of the house’s image and the promoter of its wines. Her role encompasses everything from marketing and hospitality to managing the Aulnois property.
Ludovic Machet has been appointed as the secretary general. Hailing from Reims, he brings profound knowledge of Champagne’s economic landscape and proven expertise in managing cross-functional interactions among different departments of Maison Henriot. Machet joined the financial team in 2013 after completing his university studies, where he earned a Master’s degree in corporate finance with a specialization in management control. Initially serving as the Head of Group Management Control, he assumed the position of administrative and financial director in March 2020. Demonstrating unwavering commitment to the company, he has expanded his responsibilities to encompass Human Relations, the legal department, customer service, IT, and general purchasing.
