Krug is behind two of the finest, best and most legendary single-clos Champagnes in the world, namely Krug ’Clos du Mesnil’ and Krug ’Clos d’Ambonnay’. Here, in the best Burgundian style, absolutely sublime wines have been cultivated, in extremely limited production from two of the finest vineyards in Champagne, namely Clos du Mesnil and Clos d’Ambonnay, respectively. Only 25,000 bottles of Clos d’Ambonnay has been made since 1995.
