Drinks International has unveiled its 2025 edition of The World’s Most Admired Champagne Brands, with Louis Roederer securing the top position for the sixth consecutive year.  

This annual ranking, now in its 12th year, has been expanded to feature 40 champagne houses, reflecting the growing competition and prestige within the industry.  

Louis Roederer’s consistent excellence, particularly with its flagship cuvée Cristal, has solidified its dominance in the champagne world. The brand’s commitment to biodynamic viticulture and innovation has resonated with both consumers and industry experts.

Krug and Bollinger, occupying the second and third spots respectively, are renowned for their rich histories and dedication to producing champagnes of exceptional quality. Krug’s philosophy of crafting champagnes from diverse plots and Bollinger’s emphasis on Pinot Noir have contributed to their esteemed reputations.

The inclusion of brands like Pol Roger, Charles Heidsieck, and Ruinart in the top ten underscores the diversity and richness of the champagne industry. Each of these houses brings a unique style and legacy, catering to a wide array of palates and preferences.
