THE VISIT AT THE CELLARS OF TAITTINGER
After lunch & that extraordinary Heidsieck & Monopole ’Vinothèque’ from 1911 the group moved over a couple of kilometers to one of the really classic of the adresses in Reims – 9 rue Saint-Nicaises – the home of Champagne Taittinger. After a visit in their beautiful cellars we met up with the charming Carlos de Ipanema for an apéritif & a chat.
